Your responsibility for sources
Before uploading, linking, transcribing, summarizing, sharing, or publishing from a source, confirm that you own it, have permission, or otherwise have a lawful basis for the intended use. Access to content does not by itself grant reuse rights, and different source platforms may impose separate contractual rules.
What SignalBrief should preserve
Product design should keep useful claims close to passages, pages, or timestamps; distinguish source material from generated commentary; and make review possible before anything is shared. Public share links must not expose private, confidential, paywalled, or unnecessary source content.
Illustrative third-party material
Some marketing mockups use third-party names, marks, or thumbnails solely as illustrative source examples. Those materials belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Published assets must be owned, licensed, or otherwise approved.
Report a concern
Send the source URL, the SignalBrief URL, the work you believe is affected, your contact information, and a clear explanation to hello@signalbrief.io. This marketing-site contact is not represented as a registered DMCA agent. Any legally required notice-and-takedown process or agent designation must be completed and published separately.
